child & baby food recipes

Now is the time to start chopped or chopped foods. Your child will eat three meals a day in addition to milk, that is, milk, with healthy, smaller meals in between, such as fruit.
Your toddler will not show crushing molars so that he can chew food well until he is 18 or 24 months old, but his gums will be surprisingly effective at grinding food. He may find relief in biting the hard food eaten with the fingers, but be sure to choose the food that melts after the place to avoid the danger of suffocation.
Pay more attention to small, round foods like grapes, and you may want to wait a little before giving them to your child. Try hard layers of bread, peeled apple slices and slightly cooked carrot sticks.
